ReadyZoneHQ (RZHQ) designed, developed, and conducted four training sessions to support the Hawaii State Energy Office’s (SEO) Emergency Management and State Emergency Support Function (SESF) #12 energy assurance mission. Each training session contained emergency preparation best practices, and lessons learned, and incorporated group activities and knowledge checks/surveys. RZHQ provided a Quick Look Report (QLR) after each training session to capture feedback from participants. RZHQ then incorporated video clips of each training session into a Just-in-Time Training (JITT) computer-based training course to support future training for the office.
