The MP 2014 exercise was a series of coordinated exercises conducted by the State of Hawaii and all four counties, as well as federal, private, and non-governmental organization (NGO) stakeholders. MP 2014 included: Seven Tabletop Exercises, Five Functional Exercises, and Fourteen full-scale exercise events. Makani Pahili 2014 was an extremely successful exercise with over 1800 local, state, and federal participants making it the largest hurricane exercise conducted to date in Hawaii.
