ReadyZoneHQ (RZHQ) designed, developed, conducted, and evaluated a Tabletop Exercise (TTX) for the Kapolei Local Emergency Action Network (K.L.E.A.N.). The TTX simulated an extreme tsunami impacting the Kapolei community from the issuance of the initial Tsunami Watch through evacuation. The TTX focused on disaster preparedness, coordination, and response actions. The exercise included a total of 54 participants from 28 organizations representing local, state, and federal agencies as well as non-profit and private sector organizations. RZHQ provided a detailed After Action Report/Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) and conducted an After Action Meeting (AAM) with stakeholders to review issues identified during the exercise.
