RZHQ completely redesigned and updated the organization’s Emergency Resources Guide (ERG) following a proven planning methodology that engaged stakeholders throughout the revision process. The project involved removing redundant sections, improving readability, and incorporating best practices and lessons learned into the latest version of the ERG. RZHQ conducted over a dozen planning meetings with stakeholders, working with both a core planning team, and a larger group of stakeholders.
