This project involved the development of three coordinated Field Operations Guides (FOGs) for the Hawaii State Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) plan.
The FOGs provide detailed guidance on the 1) operation of a Point of Distribution (POD) site, 2) security policies and procedures, and 3) warehouse and delivery operations in response to a public health event, emergency, or disaster requiring activation of the Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) Mass Prophylaxis Plan.
