RZHQ has provided subject matter expertise to guide planning and response efforts for the State of Hawaii in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. This support included coordinating the state’s COVID-19 vaccination program which has successfully administered over 2.6M doses to date. ReadyZoneHQ led the development and implementation of numerous plans such as Hawaii’s COVID-19 Vaccination Plan, Booster Vaccination Campaign Plan, a 5-11 year old Vaccination Campaign Plan, an Under 5 years of age vaccination plan, a COVID-19 Transition Plan, a COVID-19 Testing Plan, and a Self-Test Kit (STK) Distribution Plan. RZHQ has also developed procedures to assist staff in gaining and maintaining situational awareness of COVID-19 response efforts and provided Incident Command System (ICS) training to Department of Health staff. RZHQ also developed and provided Just-in-Time training support for senior leaders, staff, and other stakeholders, and facilitated hundreds of working group and coordination meetings. RZHQ also completed five Operational Assessments designed to examine vaccination response operations to capture best practices and lessons learned.
