RZHQ supported the Hawaii Office of Homeland Security in designing, developing, and conducting a series of workshops focused on a Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack (CCTA) scenario in three counties in Hawaii. RZHQ followed the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology conducting initial, mid, and final planning meetings in each county with key stakeholders to develop workshop materials. RZHQ focused workshop activities on identifying issues, capabilities, and resource gaps. After each workshop, RZHQ provided a customized Quick Look Report to each jurisdiction that highlighted key actions to take to improve emergency preparedness planning.
