ReadyZoneHQ supported the Hawaii Office of Homeland Security in designing, developing and conducting a series workshops focused on a Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack (CCTA) scenario in three counties in Hawaii. ReadyZoneHQ followed the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology conducting initial, mid, and final planning meetings in each county with key stakeholders to develop workshop materials. ReadyZoneHQ focused workshop activities on identifying issues, capabilities, and resource gaps. After each workshop, ReadyZoneHQ provided a customized Quick Look Report to each jurisdiction that highlighted key actions to take to improve preparedness.
